Pickles and the Albingers: Furry Friends Fur-Ever

“When we met Pickles at PetSmart, it was truly love at first sight,” admits Tara. “My husband and I chose him because of his remarkable energy and because he had a smaller eye that needed attention.

“Happily, for everyone involved, Pickles adjusted to living with us immediately. And to say that he’s affected our lives positively is more than an understatement. He’s not only the sweetest and most sociable kitty, he absolutely adores snuggling with us. He’s also instilled some of his famous Pickles energy into our senior cat – an energy she hasn’t shown for years. Not to mention the fact that Pickles LOVES his big sister, Luna, our dog, and they sleep together a great deal of the time. We’ve now fondly dubbed our pets the three musketeers.

“An endearing blend of active and affectionate, Pickles loves playing with toys, carrying pom poms around and being petted and cuddled. For such a small kitty, he has the biggest purrs, and yet he’s so gentle when he plays with us: no claws. One of his sillier quirks that makes us all laugh is how much he loves flopping and rolling over to show his belly. 
“At night, Pickles sleeps by our five-year-old son’s head. He loves keeping a paw on his head!”
