“We’re cat lovers and the proud ‘parents’ of several kittens,” says Michelle.
“After viewing various postings on the Furry Friends’ website, we came across Oatmeal, whose original name was Rainy, and arranged to meet her at her foster home. The reason we chose her was because we thought she was beautiful! Fortunately, her adjustment to living with us was immediate since she was, and is, supremely sociable and very, very friendly.
“Simply put, we absolutely adore her. The whole family loves to sit together and play with her. As far as her playing with toys and liking games, Oatmeal loves boxes, small balls, red laser lights and watching Bluey. She also loves being cuddled, petted and held like a baby, while purr, purr, purring ever so prettily.
“Two of her most endearing habits that make us smile are that she ‘loafs’ a lot and likes to groom our other kittens. She is truly a good ‘big sister.’
“At night, Oatmeal sometimes sleeps in our bed, sometimes she sleeps in her cat tree and sometimes she sleeps under the bed.”
