Lucie and Justin Gravett : Furry Friends Fur-Ever Tail

“I chose to adopt Lucie because she seemed so very sweet and especially energetic,” Justin says. “Plus I absolutely LOVED her coloring!

“Not surprisingly, her adjustment to living in my home was fairly immediate. Lucie is as sweet as I thought she was and a complete doll. Although she wakes me up every morning at 5:30 AM, I don’t mind it one bit. What I love most about her, though, is that she loves cuddling in laps!

“She also enjoys being petted and snuggled very much, both by me and new people. While she has a slight independent streak, she truly does love people. However, she only likes to be held for short periods of time before she gets squirmy: all of that pent-up energy, I guess.

“Friendly and frisky, Lucie gets along famously with my other kitty, a 3.5-year-old tabby, as well as with any new cat she meets. When it comes to toys and games: she loves chasing after ribbon strings, balls and cat dancers, and any type of toy that she can carry around in her mouth.

“What I find particularly endearing about her is that she likes to lick, she plops onto laps whenever she wants to be petted, she often meows without any sound coming out, and she doesn’t bury her poop.

“At night, Lucie typically sleeps in my bed, snuggled by or between my legs with my older cat.”

Three is definitely company. MEOW!
