Harry and Izzy Sheldon: Furry Friends Fur-Ever
“Since I’m particularly passionate about cats, I’ve owned three cats in the past,” Izzy says. “For the last four years, though, I’ve been a foster home for Furry Friends.
“I first encountered Harry at the shelter. I chose to adopt him because he was an elder cat and seemed to warm up to me very quickly. Happily for us both, his adjustment to living in my home was almost immediate. In fact, he acclimated himself to his new environment wonderfully.
“Harry is here, basically, for emotional support and to help keep me balanced, and he excels at it! Surprisingly playful, he especially enjoys toys that are self-play toys. And he’s extremely affectionate. He not only loves being petted and cuddled, he absolutely adores having his belly rubbed and he loves to be tucked in at night.
“Naturally, Harry sleeps, cozily and comfortably, in bed with me at night.”
