Hands-on pet care

Ready for one-on-one interaction with foster cats?

Volunteers are needed to help work with our foster cats. Typical duties include feeding, watering, cleaning, and keeping records. Oftentimes, individual cats need specific medical care. Shifts usually last about three hours and are once or twice a week.

We sometimes have babies that are just being weaned and those that are semi-feral who need loving foster families who will work with them to domesticate them for adoptions. If you are interested, call Furry Friends at (360) 993-1097 or email us with any questions.

Here are some ideas and ways we can use volunteers:

  2. help with copies, administrative paperwork
  3. host/hostess pet showings
  4. donate time for fund raising
  1. help with soliciting the public on special events, donations

  3. donate time to care for foster cats
  4. work at special events
