Adopted into a family from a humane society, Tigger was happy and carefree.  Then the dad became so allergic to him, his eyes would swell shut. He was then adopted into an adult home where another cat was present. He turned into an Alpha-cat which caused the present cat much stress and tension. He has again been returned to foster care. He needs to be the only cat in the family and will make an excellent pet and companion in that environment. He is definitely a LAP CAT!!
